Derig over
Saturday, November 3rd, 2007I took this picture at the very end of the de-rig last Sunday at around 1245. In the foreground two of the large rolling backcloths are waiting to be stowed under the stage. Production Designer David Anstiss checks the prompt side of the stage while Paul de Moura ( Sound Operator ) looks on.

All Over!
Wednesday, October 31st, 2007What a show! Soon the pictures will start to appear on the site but after 5 performances, any number of taps and at least on Saturday night an awful lot of chocolate we all got through it.
Great celebratory night was held with our tradition Chinese meal on Sunday and then…roll on Grand Night for Singing!
Show 3 looms
Friday, October 26th, 2007Last night we achived a really good second show with nearly 90% house and a highly appreciative audience. The only casualty was the three legged stool which suffered as it was flung with frightening accuracy in my direction and has lost a leg. Hopefully remedial repairs will have it back for tonight.
First night!
Wednesday, October 24th, 2007It’s here! all the work is over, the technical issues solved and the front of house team getting into their evening dress. KAOS hits town again with what promises to be another fabulous show. You have only 5 chances starting tonight to see it so ring that number now 0845 020 4240.
And for me while remembering my lines and songs and moves, I’ve already had conversations today about Spring and Autumn 2008 shows. The KAOS machine rolls steadily on and all is right in the world!
Break a leg all!

Thursday Rehearsal notes
Friday, August 24th, 2007Excellent line run yesterday and despite our leading man being on holiday a lot of good work was done. In particular a slight “adjustment” in “Tom Dick and Harry”, Marion spotted the potential for a fabulous comic moment at the end of the song.
It’s too good to reveal here…you will have to come and see the show!
It’s started
Wednesday, August 22nd, 2007Last Monday saw the first tangible step towards the Box office opening on 10th September. A hardy group of individuals gathered at QMC to stuff envelopes for the first of our two planned mailshots. Thanks to Mike Penny Mary Ann Cliff Judy and Marion as well as much needed tea from Brian.
