A great first night I think we can all agree. Nothing went wrong, everyone remembered everything, the band were great, as they always are! all the technical bits worked spectacularly well and an appreciative audience enjoyed their evening. Always nice to meet afterwards in the bar and hear the comments from our guests. We clearly are doing something right!
It’s all over bar the shouting now! break a leg everyone!
Such a different sort of show it’s quite unusual to get home before 11 pm much less midnight.
Big thanks to the whole Company for helping with the tidying up. We can go into the dress tomorrow with virtually nothing outstanding. Fabulous lighting effects from Andrew and his team, the pictures here hardly scrape the surface. Let’s have a great week!
Although I am quite attached to my wig, it will not be accompanying me to Committee meetings or even the after show dinner on Sunday week, well not unless some people are very persuasive!!

Today is the official opening of the box office, all the mailshots were collated last Thursday, many thanks to those who helped in between singing next door!, and the phones will start ringing!!
